As a new attendee I found the app to be extremely confusing to navigate from invitation to the actual event days. I missed SEVERAL talks in the confusion. Finding rooms was a nightmare, help was nowhere to be found, no inkling of what to expect or what the event is about. Still don't know which door was the main entrance. I was sent by my office, and I guess they just didn't know to inform me on what we'd be doing or how it works, what it's about, etc. The app and experience could be improved.
