About this app

Prozence is the mobile app of the corporate workspace your company provides for its employees. Enter your company's Prozence address once or scan your company's QR code, and the app opens in your company's branding.

• Digital business card: Share your card with a QR code, add it to Google Wallet, and let people save you to their contacts with one tap.
• Business card scanning: Take a photo of a card you receive and the details go to your customer directory.
• Attendance: Check in and out of the office with one tap, verified by the office Wi-Fi and your location.

• Requests and approvals: Create, approve and track leave, expense and other requests.

Who is it for?
Prozence is for employees of companies that use the Prozence service. You need an account created by your company; accounts cannot be created in the app. Sign in with Google, Microsoft or a code sent to your e-mail.

Your privacy
Location is read once, only while the app is open, when you check in or out; the app does not collect location in the background. The app contains no advertising or tracking software. Details are in the app's privacy policy.
