Out of all the file sharing apps,this one is the best in terms of pricing and speed. the customer service is usually pretty responsive. however ,he functionality of the app sucks. i should be able to do what i need to do without constantly having to reach out to customer service. also, if i run out of bandwidth and want to top it up, it should let me run it out and have my renewal date last from the date that i topped it up at. or at least have a lesser top-up option. where are you cus. serv?

I payed for a 6 month subscription, but it still shows free. There is no way to confirm in the app. Yesterday I sent two emails with the invoice and all the relevant details. No response. Today I sent two more emails. No response. On their site it says the following: Once we get your email, we'll send a response email with login and password to our ticket system No emails whatsoever. I have been a loyal customer for years and I have never run into problems until now. The app has to be updated

PROS: paying through Google Play was the only way I was able to pay. Their website has endless problems with payments. Able to pay with credit card. Instant access via web browser and laptop after payment via Google Play with no problems. You can cancel or pause your subscription to try and reduce the high cost. CONS: damn expensive. For me, 34% more expensive than the already expensive minimum subscription plan. Customer support is very poor--they only reply when they feel like it.
