I like having a reminder message the evening before, as I would previously, sometimes, forget. Now I never have to miss another debris pick up date or wonder which week it is, (garbage, recycles, yard debris, etc) since the schedule does vary. Also, it's nice to be notified of any changes due to inclimate weather and holiday schedules! Other info on the app is useful as well. Thank you!

The app is helpful but there needs to be more specific guidance on what kind of plastics, for example, are elegible to be recycled. I probably end up trashing things that could be recycled. For example: take out containers are included in items not to be recycled but there are many different containers in use.

It's a reminder app for your trash. I don't use it for accessing my account, I use to see if it is recycle week, or if the day got bumped. Simple and for my purpose awesome.
