The information is all there that's for sure. when they say contact us you really can get a real person and I always prefer human and every single one of them over, my gosh, 17 years, have always been kind always alert always teaching me something else and giving me a little bit of an edge and I appreciate that... I like da human. The page is very busy lots of stuff on every page I find it confusing but that's me.

Can't find my address. Also can't send feedback about my address not being found because the "Address" field won't allow input. Only resorting to this app because the website also can't find my address and the holiday schedule seems to be missing what happens s for trash pickup that is scheduled to occur on Christmas and New Years. Will people just miss pickup for two weeks straight? Very unclear.

Frustrating... how about you fix the dang app..i keep seeing "app can't find my address, won't let me submit a ticket" .. guess what? Me too!!!! I'll email AS suggested all the way back to 12/19 .. just fix it!!! Update, contacted them, asked via email for which app I was using and crickets for almost 3 weeks now.... and I've emailed back once... my single star remains
