This app is the absolute worst. constantly glitches. I can't get to my bill in the app because it sits there and searches endlessly and never connects to the payments section. Thought maybe I'd missed an update or something. Nope, everything was up to date, it was just the horrible app being itself. UPDATE: As of March 2026, the app is still a mess. you click on "pay my bill" it takes you to "log in". you click on "log in" it takes you right back to the page you just left.! round and round!

App now "works" again for the most part. However, still not getting notifications of collections times. I have verified several times that the notifications are set to "on" but the app keeps turning them "off" when the app is closed. The only reason why I have this app is for the notifications. You wont respond anyway... Do better

Very useful app! I haven't noticed any ads so that's a huge plus. I definitely needed the reminders from this app to put my bin out the night before pick up day, you can use this app to look at the collection schedule, there's a "waste wizard" to search where to dispose of unsure items and schedule bulk item pick ups, pay your bill and probably other stuff I haven't discovered yet. I hope it doesn't change. Highly recommend this 👍🏻
