Install this if you want to miss garbage day. Unfortunately the notifications are broken for me on Android. I followed all steps in their webpage as well as some online research to fix this problem on my system, to rule out anything settings wise. There is something wrong with this app.

Great app overall. Very convenient reminders, schedules, exception updates and even helps me sort recycling. Update: notifications fixed. City was responsive and quick to fix an error in street name. I don't find the item search very useful; you have to know what to call it before you can search it.

Notifications used to work great but now it doesn't and after reading all the reviews, it hasn't for a couple of years even tho there have been numerous complaints. You might as well take the notifications part of your app off.
