It works great when it works. However, I have to uninstall and reinstall this app several times a year. The notifications will frequently cease, and I won't realize until my kind neighbors remind me. Currently, (6 Aug, 2026) the app won't open for me or my husband. I am on Android, he is on iOS. Frustrating and unreliable to say the least.

The notification toggle always turns itself off even though I turn it on and I have notifications approved on my Android device. makes the app useless. I've notified their feedback form but haven't received anything from them

Great app overall. Very convenient reminders, schedules, exception updates and even helps me sort recycling. Update: notifications fixed. City was responsive and quick to fix an error in street name. I don't find the item search very useful; you have to know what to call it before you can search it.
