still waiting for notifications to be fixed. I have a Motorola android phone and ever since the redesign of the app, it hasn't notified me of pickup days. I have tried reinstalling multiple times but it has never worked. I've deleted the storage first but the app still knows my address when it reinstalls. when I try to change notification settings, I get a never ending busy circle that looks like the app is thinking. others have reported this problem before me.

It quit giving notifications and nothing in the help said anything about clearing the cache to fix it. But that's what did it for me. Other than that it works well.

Limited utility. It's OK for reminders for pick up, but for anything else the response is always the same: Call the office during business hours. Someone at the Department of Solid Waste obviously does not understand how service through an app is supposed to work.
