Ratings and reviews

RA Guide is okay but doesn't offer much. The search functions are limited and clunky to use. One either must search day by day in one location or try to navigate to a week to week search elsewhere. Even then, though, available information on an event is patchy and often unfinished. It is useful if you already know exactly what you're looking for but isn't very helpful if you're just browsing for an event with a genre you might like.

The basic seeing what's coming up is useful, but that's about where it stops working well. When I want to buy tickets it asks me to login. I'm already logged into the app! And being able to pay through Google Pay would be really great. Also can't follow a venue or artist, and when I tap on an address it doesn't open in Gmaps. Last, it can't add an event to my calendar. Come on, get a UX designer and make this truly usable!

Doesn't register when you click "interested"; can't make payments through the app, neither with a saved payment option nor with Google Pay. At this point I primarily use it to scout events and to store tickets bought from the website.
