LC Gradsko Oko is an application for managing and reporting deficiencies in the communal and transport infrastructure on Croatian territory with A two-way communication with the appropriate authorities.

It enables easy reporting of observed deficiencies in the field and allows all participants to create systematic records without additional efforts and technical knowledge, with the aim of forwarding to persons in charge of individual issues.
WHAT CAN YOU REPORT?
There is a wide range of communal breakdowns and deficiencies in public areas that citizens are faced with: from graffiti and vandalism to damage of asphalt and traffic signs, damaged equipment on children's playgrounds, breakdowns in public lighting, vehicle wrecks in public areas, improperly discarded waste etc.
REPORT AN ISSUE IN JUST A FEW STEPS
LC Gradsko oko allows you to create reports in a quick and easy way, and the complete system is adapted for use on mobile phones. Defects are reported in just a few steps - by uploading a photo, specifying a location, and entering a brief description of the problem. Citizens' applications will reach the system administrator, who will then forward them to the appropriate relevant service.
The purpose of using the application is to assist municipalities, cities and counties in maintaining communal and traffic order, as well as a more efficient and transparent operation of the appropriate responsible services and local self-government units. Details that are entered in the application, such as a photo, an exact address and description of the problem allows for a quick and efficient elimination of the issue and makes your environment a tidier and nicer place to live.
