Edit: The fix for being locked out of your account (if the solution you see floating around here doesn't work) is to go to the FLP website and reset your password from there. Once that's done, you then use that password to log into the app. That took care of it for me. Now that I'm back in, the app is great, especially as a one stop shop for the legal component of CC.

The application functions excellently, but the clientele isn't as receptive. My monthly payments were no longer viable. Consequently, I made the decision to terminate my subscription, hoping that they would inquire about the reason and possibly offer me a temporary discount. However, the agent on the other line didn't even bother to ask why. Instead, she forwarded my email and that was it. I received a confirmation email indicating that the process had been completed. I was disappointed.

This fix for the "Can not Authenticate" issue worked for me. I hope it works for many of you as well. Hi Karen, We have found a specific problem for many users. After you type in your email address on the "logon" screen, and then go to password, please go back to your email address. Click on the far right of the address, and see if the phone added a blank space after it. Would you mind confirming if this is happening or not? On a lot of phones, the "auto correct" adds a space after your email address when you go to the next line. You have to manually delete that space... It won't allow me to login, just like everyone else is reporting. It says "can not authenticate" it keeps saying wrong username or password. I did the uninstall and reinstall and restarted my phone and still it will not allow me to login. I know my email and password are correct. I'm giving it one star only because it isn't allowing me to login. It was great when I had it on my other phone and it worked.
