STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!! An absolute disaster of a company and "service" too. I really didn't use the phone system too often but the amount of times the phone would not work is mind boggling. Save some time and energy and pick another provider. Customer service is practically non existent and there is nowhere where I can cancel the subscription even after asking to be cancelled a number of months ago. I now have to go to the bother of cancelling my credit card so they stop charging me.

Not working. I tried to put the number i bought from ur website and the app said not registered so i thought maybe i should contact the support for it (if not it's not working in this case too) so i tried to create a new account as there is an option for that when it suppose to receive a promo code but after the app generated my promo code nothing happens, no next screen, the app is not working it's not getting into using screen and stick on the promo code. I tried using vpn but same problem.

Edit:Highly disappointed, purchased a line that didn't work so I tried a second one that didn't work either. Created Support ticket and it was pretty promptly answered, within an hour 330am eastern mountain time USA. refunds issued with support saying they will fix, reply was in Spanish which isn't a big deal just used Google translate to read the reply. Will update if issue is correctly resolved with another star bump up, bumping from 1 start to 2 for now
