About this app

ROOOM is an app that takes care of all aspects of managing "casual but important communities" such as alumni associations, clubs, and other social groups. Within a private, invitation-only room (ROOOM), everything from event planning and attendance collection to announcements, membership lists, member maps, and chat is handled. It brings together the often scattered aspects of community management in one place.

It was created to dramatically reduce the "monthly burden" of those tasked with organizing or managing these events.

・Events

From scheduling (voting on candidate dates) to managing attendance, it handles everything. Whether you want to "first decide on a date" or "announce a date that's already set," you can use two different flows. You can see at a glance who is attending and who hasn't responded.

* Announcements & PR
Deliver newsletters and announcements to members in a clean feed. It's easy for readers to see, and important announcements won't get buried.

* Member Map
Visualize where members currently live on a map. Since it's a self-reporting system at the city/ward level, you can feel connected to "friends all over the country" while respecting privacy.

* Member List & Organizational Chart
A member list that can be organized and searched by term, branch, position, etc. You can also grasp the overall organizational structure as an organizational chart, making handovers smoother.

* Chat
Private conversations within each room. Both operational communications and casual conversations among members are kept secure and confidential.

ROOOM is invitation-only. Only those invited by the organizer of their community can participate. We value creating a closed and safe space where strangers cannot easily intrude.
