I love the reminders for the not only the trash, but also for the street sweeping. I love knowing which cans I can fill up (Recycling/Green Waste) rather than leaving products in the bins all week; especially the recycling. There are a few randoms that pop up in the neighborhood and dig through the bins looking for cans and such! Knowing what is being picked up and when, allows me to transfer my recycling the morning of. This app is great!

Great app! Good for letting you know exactly which receptacle to put out every week, in addition to your regular garbage pickup. *Just a friendly reminder* Please make sure you put your cans out the night before, or if you're not comfortable with that, the day of, BEFORE 6am! Sac County only does 1 (ONE) missed pickup (courtesy) a year! After that, they will charge you $21.00 for a pickup, so I learned that the hard way last month, so I just wanted to pass this info along to all of you.

Notifies me what week it is, documentation on what is acceptable in the containers and general information about the program, which helps with comp My only con is no indication of when the trucks will be collecting. I've had collections right at 6am and 2pm before. Some kind of time window for pickup based on the trucks location to your area, that would be perfect. Also the UI could use some redesign, but it gets the job done and has always worked for me.
