After adding both of my kids accounts to the app, only one off them will display a route in the morning (they go to different schools but ride the same bus about 45 minutes apart). Neither of their accounts show any information for their afternoon routes. Both schools have said they don't know how to fix the issue, and there is no help or contact information within the app.

this thing is always hit or miss with the tracking. either it works fine or it doesn't work at all. I've had many days where the bus is at the stop and it shows the bus 5 or 6 blocks away not moving and it's not even part of the route.

Installed this app last school year as requested by the school. It never showed the route and notifications that my son was picked up/dropped off were inconsistent and usually late! This year it doesn't even have my son on the app and even though it shows my info in settings, it tells me I do not have an account. I reregistered and it won't populate the school district field to fill out the details. Very frustrating!!! I've uninstalled it and will rely on Life 360! Do much for a live bus app!!!!
