Turn work, classes and everyday routines into a clear weekly schedule with ScheduleBuilder. Build a visual timetable, keep private tasks alongside your plan, and export a schedule you can print or share.

START WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT
Create one schedule and save it locally on your device without signing up. Sign in to save schedules to your account and access them across devices. Cloud features require an internet connection; locally saved work stays on this device and is removed if you clear app data or uninstall.

• Create multiple schedules and duplicate an existing plan
• Personalize your week with all themes, custom backgrounds and your own images
• Export and print without a watermark
• View your schedule in an Android Home screen widget
• Set reminders for eligible timed events and tasks
• Keep a selected calendar week updated with read-only Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or Apple iCloud syncing
• Invite people to view or edit a schedule privately; invited collaborators do not need their own Pro subscription

Basic planning and watermarked visual exports are available without Pro. Pro is an optional subscription. Tasks and notes stay private to the schedule owner, including in collaboration.

YOU CHOOSE WHAT TO SHARE
Schedules are not public unless you publish them. Anyone with an active published link can view that schedule; unpublish it to revoke the link. Private invitations are separate from public sharing. Calendar syncing reads events into your schedule and does not write changes back to your calendar.
