the most buggiest, non-support based business application in the store; you can't do this, you can't do that, You can't even delete a text or a chat, it just builds up, and up,... and don't bother trying to get any tech help....THERE ISNT ANY! is this run by a couple of college students in their study hall?AGGRAVATING AND USELESS,.....and the call quality, horrible.

Absolutely horrendous application, calls don't properly end, forcing me to uninstall the application or log out before voicemail is reached. No SMS support, Calls don't always display whether its been connected or not and say "calling" even though I'm on the phone. There are a few other issues but i don't have enough characters to even begin describing them. I will say, it seems like the app has been better optimized for apple products but I still hear complaints by iphone users in the office.

App is pretty terrible. If you pick up your desk phone the app continues to ring. If you get a call while placing a call there is no way to cancel the initial call you placed, you just have to close the app so you don't leave a long voicemail. Call quality is significantly worse on WiFi. Echoing and stuttering happen in 90% of our calls over WiFi. The app does occasionally work on cellular networks, but even when it is passably working the audio quality is still not great.
