About this app

ShippingExplorer for Android is the mobile version of our feature rich desktop application. It's a cost-effective software to track vessels with live data. It displays all vessels in range at their exact position on a map. Additional information, photos, track history, etc. about vessels can be viewed right away in the program.

As I'm a long term user, can say that after the 30 June 2020 update, the application doesn't remember last focused map position and starting each time on general world map so please fix it asap. Thanks. ***update*** Really doesn't work properly! The worst update... To be wait 5 minutes for appear ships on the chart, every search goes to general World map, etc. etc. Previous version was much more better...

With the new updates. I can no longer zoom in and get a clear pic of where vessels are. Also, everytime I open the app, now it shows the whole globe. So I have to zoom back in to where I am at. The new update seems to have made the app worse for me

Does not show vessel location,just a map and there is no method to obtain a licence or the cost it just runs in demo mode the website is almost as useless as the app. I am using Android 10 and clearly it has problems but as I said no info on the website no contact hopeless.
