Trying to reach them is an exercise in futility. My subscription(?), which I new nothing about (did I miss the fine print?), renews automatically on a yearly basis. I paid thru PayPal which ruled against me. I deleted my acct at PayPal but they say they can still charge my credit card. The banks have a similar policy. Nobody gets out of paying previous commitments. Fair enough. STB, keep my 1st year, i don't give a rat's Axx about your software. I want to cancel my account. Period.

Using the Smart STB, since 2019 in Samusung TV and Firestick. I am very happy with the service. No issues at all. Excellent customer service.

Smart stb app is not allowing me to enter my iptv portal url. When I am trying to enter, it's showing "some settings have been changed" and then going back to settings home page. This is literally blocking me. When I am trying create support ticket, it's saying portal is embed and cannot open a ticket. Dissapointed. Can someone from the team look into this on priority? I am not able use my iptv services due to this.
