About this game
Offline Billiards is an 8 Ball pool game that works completely without internet. Play while traveling, while waiting, or when your connection drops, with no sign-up and no account.
Play against the computer
• Three levels: Easy, Medium and Hard, picked with one tap right above the "Play Now" button.
• At the higher levels your opponent plans its next shot, plays combination and safety shots, and goes for bank shots on Hard.
• Give your opponent any name you like.
Play with friends without internet
• Two phones on the same Wi-Fi network, or one phone connected to the other's hotspot. No mobile data needed.
• Create a table and your friend finds it under "Tables nearby" with your picture and name, and the game starts right away.
• After every match you can ask for a rematch, with a count of the racks each of you has won.
Precise controls
• A clear aim line that shows the path of the cue ball and the ball it will hit.
• A power bar you drag with your finger, and a slider for fine aiming.
• Choose where to strike the cue ball to put spin on it.
• After your opponent's foul you get ball in hand and place it wherever you want.
8 Ball rules as you know them
• A break, then solids and stripes, and you win by potting the 8 ball last.
• Fouls are called: scratching the cue ball, hitting no ball, hitting the wrong ball first, no ball touching a rail, and running out of time.
• Pick the rules that suit you in the settings:
- Table stays open after the break
- 8 ball potted on the break goes back
- Potting an opponent's ball is a foul
- Call the pocket for the 8 ball
• On Wi-Fi the rules of the player who creates the table apply, so there is nothing to argue about.
