Perhaps I'm greedy... More ports, grids and a moveable time/height cursor WOULD BE WORTH A FIVER!!!
Simple and effective. Maybe allow user entered DST offset to generate vertical grid lines?
Big improvement. Can see the timeline much better. Thanks
Could improve a lot but it's OK. Would pay after improvements I've used this app around Brazil and so far the tide in the app has matched what I observed at ports. I did not test for DST yet but the "add 1h" thing doesn't make much sense specially as DST varies among locations here. The interface is pretty bad. Finding a location isn't straightforward. The whole of South America is listed in alphabetical order and not by area. Not all stations start with the name of the city. Lacks better search tool/filter. Lacks map/nearest tide gauges. DST options needs improving
Another US-centric tide app Currently in the Maldives trying to find tide info on Male and also Madagascar. Closest port is Cape Town which, when I last looked, is over 2, 000 nm away. Happy to pay for an app that works but this is useless to me, sorry.
Update renders it useless - fixed Hats off to the developer for immediately fixing this problem. Back to the app I trusted.
fix force close on some Xperia devices
improved options for displaying DST
chart now shows full time / tide grid
tap-and-hold helper line on chart now allows dragging and shows tide level
overdue face-lift edition, improvements to UI and Android 5 support
fix missing tide information and order of low / hi tides on tide info screen
Note: data may be out of date & not all ports are available, please do not ask for more ports unless you can provide the harmonics file.
