This is one of the worst apps for work. You can't even gain access to your account most times. I've had to reset my password 5x and each time I log in I have to make a new one due to system not functioning right. It won't even save the security answers correctly. This is not acceptable seeing as we have to use the app to view pat etc but also to adjust & view schedules

Hi Lenzie, We sincerely apologize for the trouble you're having with the app. We did discover a bug with the password reset while logging in with your temporary password. A fix for this will be released in the next few days. If you have any other feedback, please let us known at associatefeedback@stafftrack.info.

Doesn’t keep you signed in, even when you check the "remember me" box. I only use this app on my cell and I don't share an account. A question mark doesn't count as a special character for setting up a pass; for whatever reason. Frequently says my password is wrong when it's not as I've recorded it due to it saying it previously. I've at least reset it 3 times and it continously signs me out. I can't even reset my password anymore.

Hi Anthony, I'm sorry you've been having trouble. We are getting an enhancement in place for password resets through the app which will be in the next release.

Edit: Same password and username (email) and it is not letting me log in, please fix. Just started after the last update, please fix asap!
