The main addition I'd like to see is some sort of integration with Google Pay or the fingerprint reader so I don't have to pull out a credit card to make a purchase every time. As is, I've found it's actually quicker to purchase tickets on the website via a browser. The other things I'd love to see are the ability to place food and drink orders directly from the app, again with the ability to pay directly. Also, if there are food or drink specials for the movie, display them more prominently.

The app is good , but would be better if there was a fingerprint reader to sign in. I would also like to see where you could enter your gift card or promo card info and it holds it for future use. Sometime you don't have those cards with you when you decide spur of the moment to see a movie. Just a couple of my pet peeves ; other than that very good.

Very unpolished. They threaten you risk your membership if you don't cancel and no show... BUT THEY PROVIDE NO WAY TO DO SO ONLINE OR IN APP!! They really expect you to call them or email them as if that is a good idea for their timely reselling of a seat. I should be able to cancel and/or swap to a different movie. Would love to do that right now, but nope! I'll get a membership elsewhere next time around. Worse yet, you charge booking fees to club members... irredeamable!! I regret being one.
