One real star in the night sky becomes yours.
Keep a record of your day on it, and as time gathers, it becomes your timeline.

You settle on one of the stars in the real catalogs (Tycho-2 · Hipparcos).
A star's color follows its actual observed value — and a star that had no
name until now comes to carry the name you gave it.

◆ Records and timeline
Write as you would in a diary, and look back through the calendar and the timeline.
Every record has its own visibility — private · star friends · public.

◆ Star map
Find your star friends' stars over the real constellations of the night sky.
Tap a star and it leads you naturally into that star's records, and its guestbook.

◆ Star friends and alerts
A small SNS among people who are close. New records, comments, guestbook notes
and empathy from your star friends are gathered quietly by the notifier.

Remembering 2008, the year starpl.com began, one of its former team members has
newly built "the star that holds you" — a service that closed long ago.
It carries the feeling of the old Starpl, as an homage.
Rather than a dazzling public square, we hope it becomes a place you stay in for
a long while and want to come back to.

It is not a dot drawn on a screen — it is a real, observed star with its own Tycho-2 number, truly shining somewhere in the night sky.

You choose who sees each record — public, star friends, or only you. It works as a private diary no one else can read, or as a small SNS shared with your star friends.
