over all i love the app. I want to keep it and buy a year subscription but when it asks you to say the word to play the came and it gives you something else and it doesn't understand the correct word. it's very frustrating, especially for a child. It doesn't happen all the time and ive had 2 others try it. it seams to be a glitch. but it has happened enough to were my kid doesnt want to play it.

Sadly, I am changing my review. My preschooler LOVED this game prior to the updates. Now, the timer is WAY too short and it does not allow the unlimited mistakes it used to. Now there are limited mistakes on most games and it definitely makes for a more frustrating experience. Appropriate for an older age group, but not the young ones this app is targeting. My son won't play this game anymore as he doesn't enjoy it anymore. I had to cancel my subscription.

I subscribed to this and the French one app. However she doesn't use the spanish one, so I tried to cancel the Spanish subscription before bill cycle but never could reach anyone. I of course got charged and had to call my bank to be reimbursed. In all customer service is none and they aren't very clear on how to cancel the subscription. I eventually found out how to cancel it on my own. Its through Google play under "my subscriptions."
