About this app

Beepiz – Safety App for Lone Workers

Beepiz turns your smartphone into a certified personal protective device. Designed for lone workers, it ensures that an alert will be sent to emergency contacts in any circumstance, whether you are alone on a construction site, travelling, in a warehouse or in an isolated area.

Over 80,000 users and 1,000 companies already trust us to protect their teams. No additional equipment required.

🔔 7 types of alerts

Beepiz automatically detects emergency situations using your phone's sensors:
• Fall detection
• Prolonged immobility detection
• Loss of verticality detection

If needed, you can also trigger:
• SOS alert (immediate alert)
• Aggression alert (silent and discreet)

To anticipate difficult areas:
• Signal loss alert (if you are out of network coverage)
• No-coverage zone alert (return to coverage expected within a defined time limit)

📍 Precise location, even indoors

When an alert is triggered, your contacts receive a detailed alert: type of incident, user identity, outdoor GPS position, and indoor location via beacons or Wi-Fi access points. All the information needed to respond quickly and in the right place.

⚙️ Easy to use, adaptable to your line of work

The app adapts to all professions and industries. You can disable certain detections to avoid false alerts (during meetings, whilst driving...), adjust sensitivity to suit your activity, and benefit from a pre-alert delay to cancel an accidentally triggered alert.

✅ Features designed for the field

• PPE verification at the start of a session
• Positive safety indicator (end-to-end operational monitoring)
• Automatic activation reminder
• Temporary watch: assign an on-site contact during an intervention
• Send personalised notifications to users

⌚ Wear OS smartwatch: start or stop a session and trigger an SOS or aggression alert from your wrist, with a quick Beepiz Tile.

🏢 A complete solution for businesses

♿ Use of Accessibility Service

Beepiz uses the AccessibilityService API for the following features:
• Virtual SOS button: displays the SOS button directly on the lock screen for immediate access in an emergency.
• Aggression alert: silently triggers an alert via the volume down button, without any visible interaction with the phone.
• Speaker activation (required for Android Go devices only): if this option is enabled, incoming calls during an active alert are automatically answered on loudspeaker.
• Alert display on the lock screen: allows the user to monitor the progress of an ongoing alert, even if they are unable to interact with their device following an accident.
