About this app
Your family's weekly menu in 30 seconds: recipes that fit (allergies, diets, children's ages), an automatic shopping list, and a hands-free cook mode.
Tablée turns "what's for dinner tonight?" into "it's all planned".
Generate the week's meals, lunch and dinner, for you and your whole family. No more hunting for recipes, no more staring into the fridge, and no more last-minute run to the shop at 7:30 pm because you forgot the grated cheese.
THE MENU
A weekly menu built from your family profile: who's home for each meal, children's ages, allergies, diets, time available. Change any meal in two taps: "Shuffle" for another idea, "Browse" to pick a specific recipe, or swap it with another day (long-press a card). Eating out? Add a note like "Canteen" or "Restaurant", once or every week.
THE SHOPPING LIST
Every ingredient for the week, grouped by aisle, with an estimated price. Synced in real time with your partner, your kids, your flatmates. Tick items off as you shop. And of course, add the laundry detergent and baby milk to the same list, in one tap.
YOUR RECIPE BOOK
Add your own recipes, or scan them: a photo of a cookbook page or a screenshot, up to 3 pages, and Tablée turns it into a clean recipe card. Diets, allergens and season are worked out for you. Your recipes then join your menus.
AS A FAMILY
Invite your partner, your kids or even your flatmates by email: everyone sees the same menu, edits the shopping list together and gets a notification when someone starts cooking.
COOK MODE
Full screen, portrait or landscape, screen always on. Quantities follow the number of servings, timers start with a tap or by voice and keep running in the background. Voice commands drive the app without touching the screen:
"Next" — go to the next step
"Timer 5 minutes" — start a timer
"6 servings" — adjust the quantities
"Repeat" — read the step out loud
"Ingredients" — show the list
Speech recognition runs entirely on your phone: no audio is ever sent to our servers. Voice commands need on-device speech recognition, available on most recent Android phones.
YOUR MENU, YOUR RULES
• Allergies (gluten, lactose, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts…) excluded automatically
• Diets respected: vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher
• Children's ages taken into account, from babies to teens
• Foods you dislike, kept out of suggestions
• Seasonal dishes, cuisines from around the world, prep times that fit your week

• Hosted in Europe
• No ads, no ad trackers
• Anonymous usage statistics, can be turned off in Profile
• No password: sign in with a magic link
