this app USED to be fantastic. It was my go-to app for years so I could listen to my favorites. now nothing seems to be working right. I reached out to customer service and was told everything was working fine on their end. I can't get anything to open to listen to even a single note of any song now so I've had to look for another app to use in its place. I would still prefer this one over the alternatives when it's working correctly. PLEASE fix!!!!!!

For years this app was great, had no issues whatsoever. Lately (talking since 2026 started), every time I try to listen to music on Taper's Section Im met with [usually] multiple issues, ranging from skipping a song in the middle of it, not being able to seamlessly transition from one song to the next, skipping multiple songs, and the app just crashing entirely. I dont know what the devs are doing/what happened with this app but its practically unusable at this point. Truly a shame.

Has been great for a while but lately hasn't been working. Just not playing. Skipping songs. Not loading. Bummer. Used it everyday. edit from 4/27/25: app got better but now I have login every time I use it.? seems absurd new edit 10/15/25 now it cuts off during a song. no matter the taper or show or band. no more song for you. I can't use the app at all anymore
