To use the The Citizens Bank Now app, you must be enrolled as a Citizens Bank digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

This is BY FAR the best banking app I have ever used - and we have accounts in five different banks. As a small business, I have learned to depend on the many features of their app - ability to categorize, tag, and put notes. Am able to notate what each transaction is for my own records and can even search for years back on those notes. I HIGHLY recommend Citizens banking app. Don't know what I'd do without it!!

The deposit function is incredibly slow. It takes an average of 2 minutes for the deposit to process. Update: 2 years later, still not a fan. Half the time is gives an error message and will not update.

Takes a long time to load, balances aren't as accurate or as fast as I'm used to. But interface is easy to read all information I need is right there in front of you so it's ok.
