useful for gross ID, but missing many curious macros. required to take picture (ie cant load, even from camera gallery) = two lost stars

Hi Goat Ribs,
The app is for Australian waterbugs only, but it should be comprehensive. Let us know what you think is missing. We require photos for data validation purposes, so they aren't optional: the app feeds data into the National Waterbug Blitz citizen science program. If you want a quick ID there is the "Identify" option on the home page.

This update makes recording and syncing your waterbug surveys easier:
• More detailed feedback while syncing, so you can see what's uploading and when your data has synced.
• Add photos to a sample from your device's photo gallery, as well as the camera.
• Record and edit the date a sample was collected.
