Timefence Kiosk turns a shared tablet into a fast, secure attendance terminal for your workplace.

Mount a tablet at your entrance or front desk, and employees clock in and out with a quick look at the camera. No badges, no staff IDs, no passwords, no queues.

KEY FEATURES

Face-verified clocking
Employees clock in and out with a live face check. The kiosk automatically knows whether to record a clock-in or a clock-out, so there is nothing to select.

Location-verified terminal
Each kiosk is bound to a specific work location. The tablet confirms it is inside the assigned area before any attendance is recorded, preventing off-site clocking.

Works offline
If the internet drops, clocking continues. Entries are stored securely on the device with encryption and sync automatically once the connection returns, keeping the original clock time.

Simple one-time setup
An administrator generates a setup code in the Timefence admin portal and enters it once on the tablet. The kiosk stays signed in until it is revoked.

Built for shared devices
The screen stays awake, returns to the ready state after every action, and shows clear confirmation for each clock-in and clock-out.

Administrator tools
A service menu shows pending syncs, failed events, and last sync time, and allows resetting the tablet when it needs to be reassigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Timefence Kiosk requires an active Timefence company account and a setup code issued by your administrator. Employees must have their face enrolled by their organisation before using the kiosk. The tablet requires camera and location permissions to verify attendance.

PRIVACY

Face images are used only to verify attendance and prevent fraud. Location is used only to confirm that the tablet is at its assigned work location. Neither is used for advertising or unrelated tracking.
