This app seems to be abandoned or merely poorly developed. Some buttons (like reduce/increase speed) don't work, caching doesn't work. On app start it is possible to resume previous listening and if pressed yes it always starts from the middle of the first downloaded audio. No matter what. In addition, since one week ago, I cannot download audio records, but I can still play them if I press play next button from the first audio on. The app makes you suffer. But at least there are no ads.

Given that the downloaded mp3 files are only playable in the app one would think that the app playback features would be suitable for language learning (select and playback phrases etc). No Windows version which is where I do all my study. Vanilla playback, no appropriate controls, definitely not suitable for language learning. In a nutshell, good texts , app sucks.

The least you should be able to expect from a reading app is that it displays all the text of a book. This app doesn't - words overspill one side of the page and there are no settings I can tweak to fix this. On purchasing a language book on the parent site your only way to download the book is to use their reading app and it doesn't display properly!
