I have been unable to deposit a check despite including all pertinent information on the reverse side and having written "for mobile deposit only" twice, one of which would be size 30 font if it were printed. This is the entire reason I downloaded the app, and I am not the only customer to have this problem. I understand the security reasons it must be included, but perhaps your developer could do a decent job of re-programming this aspect as it obviously doesn't work.

Wildly cumbersome and unintuitive. If you have one simple checking and savings, it may be passable. But if you have numerous accounts, business, personal, etc, navigating is not this app's forte. The staff at the branches are less than knowledgeable about the app as well. Regularly receive errors syncing the app with the bank when attempting to refresh.

UPDATE 12/21/22 The new version cured all of the Android 12 issues as far as I can tell. Thanks, Team Univest! Adding to the Android 12 feedback - it does need attention. Restarting my phone does not correct the issue of the app freezing. I open it, it updates and then a dead screen. I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app each time I need to use it, and I use it at least once a day.
