great concept with too many bugs. The app doesn't stay connected and there is zero customer support. The desktop installation for Linux doesn't work, while it does seem to run ok on windows. I'm glad I only bought a 1 year subscription. I usually do 3.

Subscribed yesterday for 1 year and was only able to connect 2 locations for a total of 3hrs before dropping. Yesterday and today i've repeatedly requested a refund via customer support (no 800 numbet) but they have not responded. That's $100+ I've thrown away...VERY FRUSTRATED!

Just now had trouble connecting. The "button" is red, meaning not connected. Kill switch is on. Emails still coming through, both Gmail and yahoo, along with another app's notifications. Must need to Uninstall and reinstall again? Seems to need it every other week to operate correctly.
