The app doesn't work. it won't recognize the labels on the motor. refuses to download manuals/ technical documents due to not recognizing serial numbers. what's worse is manufacturers did not include documents in the box when selling the motors. Just returning everything to the supplier. Will not use again even tho the price is more than competitive. Zero Stars

Nice Idea. Maybe put the QR Code inside the connection box for protection against harsh conditions. The app should maybe have an option to save the desired info to a equipment number for easier data reference.
