I have used this app for years and never had any problem but in the last couple of months I've not been able to log in. I loved being able to see my prescriptions so I could figure out how to stagger pickups since I'm on a "fixed" income. The drug store says it's not on their end so I'm at a loss. My app says it is! PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM!

I've been using this app for at least a year. This would 5 stars, but the last few months have been very frustrating, as one day I can log in just fine, then the next I can't. It won't even let me enter the info or scan my prescriptions for refill, as it tells me it can't connect to my pharmacy, so I end up having to call the pharmacy anyway, which defeats the point. I wonder if it has anything to do with this app not being updated for 3 years...

It used to be good, but for several months it either won't log onto my account or won't show all the prescriptions I actually have ready for pickup. I checked one day and it said I had 3 prescriptions ready then the next day it said I only had 2! Then I couldn't log on for a week! The pharmacy is both aware of the problems and have contacted the developers repeatedly to no avail. The makers of this app have apparently given up and it has me ready to switch pharmacies due to all the issues.
