Doesn't Work! Can't log on to "My Profile"! This app hasn't worked for over a month. My Pharmacist even called and was told you were working in it. That was a month ago. I've submitted 3 "reports" of malfunction and gotten absolutely no response from anyone. I used to love this app it was very convenient and you had a list of all your meds in one place. HELP! HELP! HELP! PLEASE!
Not working This app was a great app until just recently. It tells me that it can't connect to the pharmacy and to check connections. My connection is great so I called the pharmacy to see if anyone had reported issues and they said no. The pharmacy looked on their side of the house and didn't see any issues. They had no idea what was wrong or how to resolve it. Boooooo
Use to use it all the time, for months and it was worth 5 stars. The last few months it is getting worse, it says can't connect to pharmacy, check your connection. it says that when ever I try to log in now. How does a good app get absolutely worthless? Ineptness on the programmers part? Are they even trying to fix it.
The supposed "main" screen, doesn't even give the option of scanning for a refill (any more). This app has gone from BAD to WORSE. It was never a great app to begin with, but it was all our pharmacy offered. If they paid you to put them on the app, they and all the other pharmacies deserve their money back.
Cannot connect This was a great app until the last week. I cannot log in. It says there is a connection problem. Reinstalling doesn't work, and I also have a co-worker who uses the app and it does the same to her.
Same complaint here Like everyone else my app isn't working now either. I wonder if anyone is checking these reviews.
