I have used this app for years and never had any problem but in the last couple of months I've not been able to log in. I loved being able to see my prescriptions so I could figure out how to stagger pickups since I'm on a "fixed" income. The drug store says it's not on their end so I'm at a loss. My app says it is! PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM!

I have tried to set this app up several times with no luck. It won't reset my password, and if i try set up a new acct it says my email is "taken". Also setting up a PW is extremely touchy --if it doesn't meet the requirements you have to start over. Of course it doesn't tell you the requirements ahead of time...thanks for wasting my time.

This is an Android problem, and this is how I solved it on my Pixel 7 Pro. I originally tried the suggestion of editing the permissions and granting the app all requested permissions. No luck. I then uninstalled the app, reinstalled and granted all permissions. Still no luck. So I finally uninstalled (again), rebooted, reinstalled (again), granted all permissions (again), rebooted (again), set it to NOT remove the permissions if not used for a while, and FINALLY GOT IT WORKING.
