Got banned for nothing. Please fix the app security system as it is not accurate at all. Also i cannot find the register option, how should i log in when i do not have an account in the first time.

Account got banned due to app running on a rooted device though it is NOT. The security requirements are so unnecessary. What is the point of building an app if it is not to the user's expectations. Do a better job next time. Plus, the support team is not helping. Why telling me to recheck my device when you already told me you cannot unban my account?

They have fixed the bug and I can login again. The customer service and server maintenance are excellent. Highly recommend.
