This is a disgrace of an application,have seen low budget airlines that outperform this poor excuse of a system that made me lose 2 hours reputting information, because of the laggy payment system,this is a booking flight application make sure it works in airports

Horrible app. I have been trying to check in using the app and it asks to scan the passport. I have been holding it for a while now as indicated but the app does not scan the passport information. Why don't you perhaps just change it into taking a manual photo so you don't waste your customers time?

I had to scan the passport several times after loading the app. it's not very snappy. 5*easy to use but the passport scan is a bit tricky. I have a steady camera already 2* for the scanning.
