Confusing UI, had pre-purchased luggage/meal pack but that info is not clear and recommending to purchase. Online check in failed to match passport info. no issues at airport self check in kiosk.

- painfully slow app - despite never going to Thailand, I flew from Vancouver to Tokyo, and setting preferences to CAD, it charged me in baht. The company is Japanese, it should at least allow yen. - online check failed for all 5 of us in the party - had a strange email for me, doesn’t look anything like mine. but I can't change it. - don't bother with app, use the website

Please give both flying Zipair and app a pass. App is a waste of time trying to buy luggage space, check in (passport scan, etc) tried for over an hour and kept saying the wrong traveller name, you are stucked after one is checked in. Also, on the service wise, it has changed since last year. 2 different sectors have 2 different checked in requirements on your handbags, not hand carry. More importantly, it differs from their website requirements when you followed them.
