I use to love the previous version of this app, currently, I don't know what's going on, I recently I tried importing with my passphrase to the app since I change device, it keeps loading till infinity, nothing is happening, I have gone online to try so many versions thinking it's a version challenge, still nothing, please, it won't be fair to lose a project I have sacrificed my time energy, thinking and money for data to mine all this time just to lose it like this. fix this please.

This is a third class exchanger app, their system is worse than their service. Coins earned by mining were not given to me after completing all the missions. I have been unable to contact anyone for the past 22 days to resolve the issue. So undoubtedly it can be said that it is a third class app. They have a lot of mistakes, I don't think it is safe to deal with them.

Upon the first day of installation I had no issues with the app but after completing the mission tasks, the app fails to open. It keeps rolling and rolling, I was lucky to have access to it today and after finishing the bitget_wallet x openex_network task, the page just vanished. I tried it over and over but the same thing. Pls do something on this app, it's frustrating.
