At first,i was enjoying using their pos but from the begining of this year i have come across several withdrawal transaction that shows successful.but my account,was not credited after i must have pay the custumer. The most painful part is that i complained and nobody is doing anything about it. I don't know if the app have been hijack, but i must say am highly disappointed at u people.even this evening,i experience thesame thing .i forward the copy of the transaction no response as usual.

Bankly is a fraudster, I withdrawn money money to their terminal for me to send to another account, they allow me to made the withdrawal only for me to discovered that their transfer not working. I call the customer service number and chatted them up on Whatsapp, I was directed to send them mail and request for manual withdrawal. I gave them everything they needed and I was debited but the didn't credit the account I gave them to put the money. since then their numbers are not going again

I enjoy use bankly service but my problem with you is that, you have poor customer service response to customers problems and also when ever there is a network downtime maybe in the back card of my clients, the banklypartner deducts money from my client account immediately and my client are complaining bitterly about this and even loose my client as a result of that,. Please really wish there will be an upgrade, improvement like an automatic reserved of any failed transaction. It will help.
