i don't usually leave reviews but I have a very bad experience with cheetahpay, I sent N5000 (glo) to the posted line on the app, it's been almost a month now.. My airtime is not refunded and my account is not credited too. I contacted the phone number I sent the #5000, the agent was very rude and blowing out threats. honestly the worse experience. my issue is still not resolved

From one issue to another, I cannot log in to the app while both my username and password which I used not too long ago is saying I can't log in that it's incorrect and this happened while I was trying to transfer my money to my account, please fix this issue make I carry my 2k dey go

They will never pick the phone if you call, but respond to whatsap chats. Resolving pending issues, takes more than a week. But it will get resolved anyway. So 3 star is the perfect one for them. Just don't over welm them with airtime. If you have like 100k worth, send 5k to them in every one hour. Otherwise, ur transfer will go into pending for minimum of 1 week.
