StructureHQ Agent is the official field agent mobile app for the StructureHQ NG election campaign management platform — built specifically for Nigerian elections.
DESIGNED FOR POLLING UNIT AGENTS
On election day, every second counts. StructureHQ Agent gives your campaign real-time visibility into what is happening at every polling unit across your constituency, ward, LGA, state, or the entire country.
KEY FEATURES
✓ SECURE LOGIN
Agents log in using a unique personal access code assigned by their campaign coordinator. Each agent is device-bound — only their registered phone can check in.
✓ GPS-VERIFIED CHECK-IN
Agents check in at their assigned polling unit using GPS verification. Campaign headquarters sees every check-in the moment it happens.
✓ REAL-TIME INCIDENT REPORTING
Report voter intimidation, ballot box snatching, BVAS failure, vote buying, and other incidents immediately with description and photo evidence.
✓ STATUS UPDATES
Agents submit periodic updates on polling unit conditions — INEC arrival, BVAS status, voting progress, queue size, and security situation.
✓ EC8A RESULT SUBMISSION
Agents submit polling unit results directly from the app. Photos of the EC8A result sheet are verified using AI — automatically detecting any discrepancy between typed and photographed results.
✓ OFFLINE CAPABLE
The app queues actions when there is no internet connection and syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.
✓ PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Campaign headquarters can broadcast urgent messages to all agents in real time.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Campaign coordinator registers the agent on the StructureHQ dashboard
2. Agent receives a unique access code
3. Agent downloads this app and logs in with their access code and campaign slug
4. On election day — check in, report, update, and submit results in real time
