Big Mistake........ Took over 2weeks to get my installation done and another week to be activated. And the Customer service sucks, I actually had one of the Customer rep tell me I can go ask for a refund if I can't wait to be activated who does that. Now I've only used the internet for less than a week and it's no longer working. I just wonder how they manage to keep their business profitable with so much in efficiency and lapses. And to think I was about to recommend to my colleagues not ever.

The KYC update doesn't work. it freezes and if after some struggles you are able to get to the last item, it will take you back to 'pick an estate from the list' . That simply nullifies your attempt at updating the KYC.

1. Minimum time to fix any kind of Internet outage is 1 week 2. Reimbursement of lost days take forever 3. Poor customer service - so many pending requests despite multiple follow ups. If you are dependent on Internet for work / entertainment, this is the worst option to go for
