Big Mistake........ Took over 2weeks to get my installation done and another week to be activated. And the Customer service sucks, I actually had one of the Customer rep tell me I can go ask for a refund if I can't wait to be activated who does that. Now I've only used the internet for less than a week and it's no longer working. I just wonder how they manage to keep their business profitable with so much in efficiency and lapses. And to think I was about to recommend to my colleagues not ever.

Very poor service. I paid for 2 months of FiberOne internet, but it only worked for 3 days and then stopped completely. I have tried contacting customer support several times, but no one is responding or helping to resolve the issue. This is very disappointing and frustrating. I expected better service after paying for a subscription. I do not recommend this service unless they improve their customer support and network reliability.

For the sake of your mental health. AVOID this company. When the Internet is working, it's not bad, but as soon as it stops working(which happens way too often) all hell breaks lose. The customer service deserves negative stars. They're either a bunch of liars, gaslighters or extremely incompetent. To make things worse when you ask to speak to a supervisor the "supervisor" is never around. It's like they don't undergo any type of customer service training.
