Big Mistake........ Took over 2weeks to get my installation done and another week to be activated. And the Customer service sucks, I actually had one of the Customer rep tell me I can go ask for a refund if I can't wait to be activated who does that. Now I've only used the internet for less than a week and it's no longer working. I just wonder how they manage to keep their business profitable with so much in efficiency and lapses. And to think I was about to recommend to my colleagues not ever.

Barely 72 hours I onboarded, I complained about fluctuating signals and got a ticket number tagged to the complaint. Checked my mail only to see a different ticket number tagged me that my account has been paused because I requested for relocation, haaa. They refused to pick my calls too. People warned me about fiberone. I am frustrated. I wish i can choose a zero star rating.

Really bad for a service that is supposed to be constant. there are weekly issues and low response and resolution. Just customer care reps making promises that won't be fulfilled and an online call service that barely works.
