Big Mistake........ Took over 2weeks to get my installation done and another week to be activated. And the Customer service sucks, I actually had one of the Customer rep tell me I can go ask for a refund if I can't wait to be activated who does that. Now I've only used the internet for less than a week and it's no longer working. I just wonder how they manage to keep their business profitable with so much in efficiency and lapses. And to think I was about to recommend to my colleagues not ever.

If I could rate beneath a one-star rating, that’s what FiberOne deserves. I applied for relocation from my former house to the new one and your team told me you have coverage in the new house, and it would take 7 to 10 days. I paid on December 2, and I called your team to see if it can be fast tracked. After payment confirmation, radio silence from FiberOne, no emails, no calls, no texts, just silence, I was the one calling to consistently ask for feedback. Nothing till today, Jan 8.
