Big Mistake........ Took over 2weeks to get my installation done and another week to be activated. And the Customer service sucks, I actually had one of the Customer rep tell me I can go ask for a refund if I can't wait to be activated who does that. Now I've only used the internet for less than a week and it's no longer working. I just wonder how they manage to keep their business profitable with so much in efficiency and lapses. And to think I was about to recommend to my colleagues not ever.

The internet is ok when it's working, but when anything happens to your connectivity, it takes ages before it's attended to and rectified. so if you’re going to use this network provider, you better have backup because it's not reliable enough to have it alone. I have complained for 4 days now, nothing yet and no one is saying anything.
