I booked an hotel using this app not knowing that the particular hotel is unavailable (under renovation), I've made payment before reaching out to them. Guys guess what? my money was refunded withing 2hours of reaching out to them. Thanks so much, I received my fund completely. Looking forward to book with you guys in future. hotels.ng app is genuine not scam.

This service is literally scam, made a reservation and paid. Only for me to get to the hotel and was told they weren't paid for the reserved rooms, called this people and they refused to pick my calls. Calls that were going through perfectly well before the reservation was made automatically wasn't going anymore. Would have given a 0 star if possible.

My review may be long but it will save you stress, trouble and being scammed. This app is a full time scam. I made reservation through hotelsng and paid but on getting to the hotel in question, there was no reservation in place! And no one picks nor answers calls. I was scammed out of my money. The positive reviews you see here can only be made by their friends. It is a scamming app. I have made reports to Google to that effect.
