About this app

Passcode Manager is the app for the people who run a place - estate managers, facility teams, office administrators and the officers on the gate.

AT THE GATE
See every visitor expected today and check them in as they arrive. Confirm the code a visitor was sent before you let them through. Every entry and exit is logged with the credential used, the gate and the time, so there is a record when a question comes up later.

REQUESTS
Approve or decline requests to join your community, invitations to new members, and move-in and move-out notices. Nothing changes on your register until you say so.

YOUR REGISTER
Keep an accurate list of who lives or works at each address. Add units, assign residents and tenants, appoint officers and managers, and set what each of them is allowed to do.

DUES AND PAYMENTS
Raise charges, see who has paid and who is behind, and record payments made outside the app. A full ledger for every address shows exactly what was billed and what was settled. Match unidentified transfers to the right unit. Send collected money out to your management account.

OFFICES
Manage departments and employees, control which doors each person may open, and see attendance from the entrance readers. Run reports on hours and presence over any period.

INCIDENTS AND EMERGENCIES
Receive emergency alerts and incident reports from members the moment they are raised, with any photograph attached. Track each one through to resolution.

CLEARANCE
Handle property leaving the premises. A resident declares it, their landlord approves where required, and the gate sees the clearance before the item goes out.

DEVICES
See the readers and controllers installed at your gates and doors, and whether each one is online.

Passcode Manager works alongside the Passcode app that your members use. It is intended for administrators, managers and security personnel at a place that already uses Passcode.
