About this app

QRCL Security is the official companion app for estate security guards using the QRCL platform. Instead of manually verifying paper passes or making phone calls, guards simply scan an encrypted QR code presented by a resident, visitor, or event guest and the app instantly tells them whether access is granted or denied.

HOW IT WORKS

• Residents and visitors receive their passes inside the main QRCL app.
• The guard opens QRCL Security, logs in with the credentials provided by the estate manager, and points the scanner at the QR code.
• The app decrypts the code, checks the pass validity in real time, and shows a clear “Access Granted” or “Access Denied” result along with the visitor’s photo, name, purpose, and host details.
• Every scan is logged with the guard’s location, device ID, and timestamp, creating a tamper‑proof audit trail for the estate.

KEY FEATURES

• Encrypted QR scanning – passes cannot be forged or reused.
• Instant online validation – the server verifies active passes and expiry times.
• Full visitor details – name, photo, purpose, duration, host, and unit.
• Resident and event passes – supports residents, sub‑residents, and event attendees.
• Offline fallback – scans can be stored on the device when there is no internet connection and synced later.
• Complete history – review every scan you’ve performed, with sync status and reasons for denial.
• Secure account – guards can only log in with credentials created by the estate manager; no public sign‑up.

WHO IS IT FOR?

QRCL Security is designed for security personnel working at gated communities, estates, office complexes, and event venues that use the QRCL ecosystem. It is not a standalone app it requires an active QRCL estate account and guard credentials created by the estate administrator.
